CLASS DESCRIPTION:

“I encourage generosity, honesty and fearlessness in the studio. I advocate a spirit of inquiry, and promote equity, inclusivity and collaboration in the learning environment. I deliver classes on a gender neutral basis, and strive to provide a supportive space where all dancers can thrive.

My classes are structured classically, with a focus on expansivity, sound technique, playful musicality, connection to the space, and communication. I work with dancers to further their understanding of their technique, to enhance their confidence, to help them realise their potential, and to share in the joy of movement.”
